ABOUT ME
This is just a little about myself.
My name is Charlotte and have now been a Avon representative for 9 years and a leader for 3 years.
I started out as a rep to earn a little extra money for myself and the children. At the time I was a single mother so the extra income was essential.
I was happy enough to carry on being a normal representative until I started to have nerve pain in my back and legs and had to leave my carers job so to make ends meet I joined the leadership programme which I must admit has it's ups and downs but still really enjoy recruiting and growing my team and seeing what my team can do for themselves.
For 3 years running I have managed to achieve presidents club membership making myself a top selling rep and continue to grow my own sales every year.
Avon is the company that puts mascara on lashes and food on tables, that fights wrinkles with one hand and breast cancer with the other. That knows the value of a perfect lip, but still opens its mouth and speaks out against domestic violence and for financial independence.
